Prayer for the Swift Rebirth in Tibetan

Long Version: Initial Draft Translation

Homage to the Guru!

The source of originating the doctrine of non-dualistic Ati (The Great Perfection)

 The Buddha's (boundlessly) vast pure realm of spontaneously three kayas

 The supreme union which possess the seven aspects

 To this, which is free from the bias of directions and size, we prostrate

 Unwavering from the expanse of purity and equanimity of appearances and reality, and still

 To those that could be tamed (living beings) who do not realize the equanimity of appearances and reality,

 You benefit them with manifestations in form

 To Pedma Norbu's feet, we supplicate

 You, whose nature is totally free from eternity and nothingness, coming and going,

 From the very beginning, and from this sky-like nature

 You manifest with indefinite body qualities

 Possessing five extra-ordinary miracles

 Through grasping and attachment by which we misunderstand and unrealize,

 Just as the meaningless mourns of ignorant children in the world

 Always complaining to their parents. Unlike this,

 We request you to arise from the expanse of reality of primordial wisdom insight,

 From the only stainless primordial hidden expanse of Dharmakaya

 May you clearly appear in the hundred millions of worlds

 In general and particularly in the Zambudipa central land

 In the five great lands possessing the five miracles

 With uninterrupted display of your incarnation.

 And may all the related sentient beings, ranging from taking birth in the fortunate realm

 To the ultimate supreme state of great vision

 We supplicate you to lead us up to Buddha Samanthabhadra's state forever.

 As particularly the vow and promise made by Pandit Vimala Mitra

 Once every one hundred years of human years

 To take reincarnation in this world,

 By Ngag Gi Wangpo who manifested himself as a great abbot

 You were recognized and declared as the reincarnation of Pandit Vilma

 You came to be known as the glorious Maha Siddhi Pedma Norbu!

 We supplicate you not to neglect us

 And swiftly display your body manifestation

 By the blessing of only the Protectors, Supreme Guru

 And through the power of undeceiving inter-related two truths

 May all of us, your followers

 Became like you and entirely eliminate the ever-tormented samsara

Everyone is aware that His Holiness Drubwang Pema Norbu Rinpoche is not feeling well for a quiet some time.

At these critical moments we, the Buddha of Compassion society are reciting the long live prayer of His

Holiness, an accumulate longevity mantra and live release rituals at different locations in the world.

We would like to invite everyone to join this critical moment to take a part to this great

dedication for His Holiness long life and good health. If you can’t join us, you can do the same.

His Holiness presence in this world is very essential to all the sentient being. 

As Shanthi  Deva said:~

For as long as space endures,

And as long as living beings remain,

Until then I too abide to dispel the misery of the world.

So, we the follower of H.H. should pray for his quick recovery.

On March 8, 2009, lead by His Eminent Tulku Ogyen Rinpoche, and around 100s of people are releasing live animals

at Taipei, dedicated for H.H. Penor Rinpoche’s long life and good health.

Long live H. H. Penor Rinpoche!

Mahāpandita Vimalamitra, crown ornament of the five hundred panditas,

Who has taken birth again

And is unrivalled in propagating the essence of the teachings:

Pema Norbu, we supplicate at your feet.

OM SWATI

DÖD NEI SHI SID KÜN KHYA DOR JE SEM

Originally, the all-pervasive vajra mind, encompassing samsara and nirvana,

LHA SEI DAM DZIN YE SHE RÖL PA TSAL

Son of the Buddhas, samaya upholder, the display of primordial wisdom’s play,

DRUB PA’I WANG CHUG PEMA NOR BÜ TSEN

Known as Pema Norbu, the powerful holder of accomplishments,

KA DRIN LA MED GÖN KYÖD SHAB TEN SÖL

Please remain firm, protector of unequaled kindness!

 GYAL WA’I RING LUG SANG CHEN NGA GYUR WA’I

In the long tradition of enlightened ones, within the great secret school of Nyingmapa,

DO NGAG SHED DRUB GYA TSO’I KHOR LO GYUR

You are the Chakravartin ruler of the ocean of sutras and tantras, both academic and applicable.

PHAG NOR YEN LAG DÜN GYI PUNG TSOG CHEI

Assembler of the seven-branch wealth of the aryas,

MI JIG SENGE’I TRI LA SHAB TEN SÖL

Please remain firm, like a fearless snow lion throne.

PHO MED TAG TEN CHI MED TSE THA YEI

Immortal life, unchanging and firm,

MI SHIG SHOM SHIG DRAL WA YE SANGYE

Indestructible, free from calamity, is the Original Buddha.

KÜN ZANG CHÖ KU’I NGO WO TSO SHEI SÖL

Please remain as the nature of the Dharmakaya Primordial Buddha.

 DAG GI MÖ GÜ PHÜN SUM TSOG PA DANG

Through my fully endowed fervent devotion, and

TSA SUM TEN DANG KÖN CHOG DEN PA’I THÜ

The truth of the Three Jewels and the Three Roots,

JI TAR MÖN PA YID SHIN DRUB PA YI

May all aspirations be wish fulfillingly accomplished.

TASHI PAL GYI SA SUM NANG WAR SHOG

and may the glory of good fortune prevail throughout the Three Realms!
